I booked a 1 hour deep tissue massage for my birthday as I really needed it. I asked for the focus to be on my lower back as I was holding the most tension there, the pressure that was used was very effective. I left the session feeling like a new woman

The specials was good, the massage was ok. What was rather underwhelming was the space (old basement of a hotel), horrible dirty toilets/changing rooms. They were using paper towels on the massage bed.. I guess it’s ok but not great for a treatment at a 4* hotel.
