Had my eyebrows threaded here for the third time having been to the same girl twice and had excellent results. Only issue is she did my eyebrows way too thin this time. All in all ok experience.

What a rip off! I booked a full leg waxing treatment. While I was doing it, the lady asked me if she should do the bikini line so I said yes. She did my bikini line (i.e. just the line, I didn't move my underwear and she only used two additional strips). When I went to pay, they asked for £45 which was surprising since the full legs wax was £30. Apparently, the bikini line was additional and I had to pay what I paid for one entire leg for these two extra wax strips. I told the cashier that the lady didn't tell me that it was additional but she didn't care.
This is a great way to lose customers especially when you have absolutely nothing else to make up for your bad customer service. The salon looks old and feels like you're in a hoarder's secret basement. Needless to say, I'm never going back again.

no impressed with the quality of work, nails were done very poorly and pedicure was only about the nails and not removing the hard skin on the feet. Staff speaking their own language whilst working,not very comfortable. Overpriced when switching to shellac, not going back anytime soon.
