Had another really good session with Grace at the Recovery Room. This time we focused on my shoulders and upper back after a fall during sport left me feeling sore and tight. She listened to where the discomfort was and worked properly into those areas. Felt much looser afterwards. Professional, thorough and always a good experience. Definitely recommend.
