Had my first deep tissue massage session with the therapist, Usman, and it was an excellent experience. He was very polite, professional, and informative throughout the session. He took the time to explain everything, reassured me about the pressure being used, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I would definitely recommend him and look forward to my next session.

Grace was lovely, very personable and made me feel comfortable from the outset. She asked about my current condition and any issues I had, tailored the massage accordingly & gave me opportunity to adjust pressure. It would be nice to have a small briefing before the massage about what will be done and why it will help.
Massage ended after 55 instead of 60. Even if there was a customer scheduled afterwards I'd expect a time gap in between or shorter (50 or 55 min) sessions advertised.
