Had an hour massage with Shanice today and she was wonderful. I had injured my back and she was able to treat it well and has helped enormously! She is knowledgeable and sensitive and took time with areas that needed attention to help with injury. Thank you Shanice!!

I booked this based on the 5 star reviews which did not disappoint. I had accumulated some aches/pains/joint stiffness and as an active person this was concerning. I had a 90 minute session with Andy. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He asked for feedback throughout the session and applied appropriate firm pressure (which I requested). I can still feel the benefits a day later! I will definitely be returning in future.
Thom is one of the best massage therapists I've ever had. His approach feels very bespoke to the needs of your body and he puts just the right amount of pressure. He put so much effort and energy into my massage and I really felt the positive impact of it. The space is very clean and Thom is friendly. I plan to return and would recommend him to anyone looking to get some serious work done on knots and tight muscles.
10/10 customer service and massage from the main man Thom, would 100% recommend this to anyone who competes in sports and trains often!!!
