Simply Awful .Ombre experience The stylist was aware I had high and low lights through my hair .The colour did not take except at root regrowth.Interaction only occurred upon entering salon and when stylist realised I wasn't pleased with "root colour " I was there 2 1/2 hours in total was not spoken too (although quiet happy to converse with her Co workers ) nor offered refreshments was told I could have tea at end never happened.When stylist realised I was not impressed with "root colour" the hairdryer and brush were thrown down on trolley expressing her displeasure. I seen no NVQ or City and Guilds certificates on display anywhere in salon.My hair was not sectioned with a comb nor evenly separated (both side sections were lifted up and clipped again by hand not sectioned ).Once dye was applied the hair was twisted into a long peak.After an hour the colour had not penetrated the hair shafts so more was applied again re-twisted .The colour only took on re-growth at roots.I refused the peroxide at ends as top and back colour had barely altered from original .I was charged £45.00 for root colour which had been paid prior upon purchasing the Treatwell coupon and it was Ombre I purchased not root colour so I was to be refunded by £15 for lack of peroxide Personally I would not recommend either Treatwell or this salon both were paid and even though I expressed my concerns and displeasure of whole experience both are adamant in keeping my money . I have taken it higher as I refuse to be taken for a fool quick enough to separate me from my money but couldn't separate my hair correctly or dye it successfully. My advice avoid both Salon and Treatwell !!

Loved my time here , as well as my brows jade pays attention to detail down to every last hair I couldn’t be happier I can’t wait until my next appointment x

last minute on a whim booking. Such a lucky find. Jade is amazing lovely and very good. so in love with my nails it's unreal. Will be going back.
