First time at Pretty Parlour. Staff are very friendly and Maya is very knowledgeable and polite. Made me feel at ease. Atmosphere is calming and relaxing with great tunes in the background. Kiera is a fantastic manager, love her attitude and how she interacts with the staff and clients. Highly recommend
