My first time having a massage and it was a great experience. Ruby was nice and professional as well as the rest of the team.
Ruby also made me a lovely cup of herbal tea after my treatment which tasted amazinggg.
The aesthetics of the shop are beautiful!😍
I would defo recommend and will definitely be visiting again 😊

Very welcoming as soon as you come through the door. The little touches that add to your experience in the salon - having a phone charger at your nail station & the popcorn!! The hot towels... absolute bliss! Hot towels used on my feet as part of my back massage and for my pedicure. I've also had two manicures. Massage and nail treatments were all excellent. Staff are professional & friendly. Maya did my manicures and pedicure. The precision of nail prep and putting on the polish is next level.

Pretty Parlour is a lovely venue and the therapist room is lovely. The products and services on offer is really nice.
I enjoyed having a full body chocolate scrub massage! Ruby the therapist was great! The hot towels used in the session was fantastic as I was not expecting it.
I recommend this treatment!!
