Really lovely experience overall. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and given some amazing snacks (with gold flakes!!) and drink while I waited. The place itself is also stunning and very upmarket. The facial itself was good, but extremely gentle so I wasn’t sure whether my skin felt super clean afterwards. Overall good experience.
