What a gem in Ealing! The whole welcoming experience was wow! On top of the cake, Zarra was incredible doing her work. Very focused and with massive attention to detail - hard to find in London! I will make this my to go place for a self care time 💛 thanks again Zarra and the team in there today

I have moved all my treatments here, because the parlour brings an added calm, love and peace to my busy life. It's clear that plenty of thought has been put into the design of the salon and the treatments, which are unique and feel great! I am also seeing clear improvements with my skin and nails. The parlour is in a lovely oasis-like location also. Importantly, for me, Pretty Parlour is quality over quantity (unlike other assembly line salons!).

The therapists were a great balance of professional and warm. Great welcome water and tea refreshments on arrival. Advise in colour just spot on.
