I came here for the first time for a pedicure. When I got home, I saw that the polish had not actually dried and was therefore smudged and warped. I immediately called to let them know and they said they would speak to the manager and get back to me. They did not call back. Now I will be on holiday with a pedicure that looks quite bad unfortunately. I was in no rush and could have stayed longer to ensure the polish was dry.

I’m so glad I’ve found The Pretty Parlour! Zarra is an excellent manicurist, warm and friendly also. I work with my hands so they take a lot of abuse. Zarra manages to restore my nails to perfection every time. The Pretty Parlour has a lovely, calm atmosphere and the best herbal tea I’ve ever had. I would definitely recommends them to anyone.
