The whole experience was mostly great but felt like I received a shorter treatment than was planned as I was told once I arrived that I had to take my contact lenses out - which I’ve never had to do anywhere else when receiving a facial massage. I had to run out to buy some contact lens solution and that cost me some treatment time and a fair bit of stress at the beginning. Would be good to communicate that ahead of arriving at the appointment. I would’ve given this 5 stars otherwise
