Clara is fantastic & so is Kim on the front desk. I had my baby with me and they made me feel so welcome, paused when I needed to tend to him and Kim entertained him too. I cannot say how much this made my day, week, month! Thanks ladies.. love my nails and feeling very pampered and special.

This was my first time at the The Pretty Parlour… and it was great !! Very friendly welcome. Delicious complimentary hot fruity tea … rose petals sprinkled by my treatment space…. Very clean, tasteful decor.
Aneta was great - very professional, talking me through the procedures I was having . No TV blaring away just great music too .
It just all felt very special and certainly not just your average nail bar . A lot of trouble had been gone to to make it feel like a real treat .
