My treatment is advertised as 1 and half hrs however it took less than 20mins and to think that I drive 30mins for this is disappointing. The fake lashes didn't sit on my lashes rather were placed on my skin and it was very visible I had to take them off soon as I got home. £18 is too much to pay for this, it was a RIP off and my sister kept making fun of me. The ad should be clear and time also should be clear. I left all other salons that offered the same service thinking theirs was different cos of difference in times specified and they were alot cheaper.

I had a lovely collagen facial. Even the hubby noticed a difference! Treatwell messed up the booking for eyelash extensions so didn't get that done, but Ayse tinted my lashes for me, top and bottom and they look great. She was very apologetic about it even though it wasn't her fault. It's my first time at this salon and they were all so welcoming and Ayse was always making sure that I was comfortable. Hubby was welcome too and offered drinks while I was having my treatments done. Cannot fault them at all. Thank you.
I've given the lash extensions 5 stars so it doesn't alter their ratings, because it wasn't their fault.
