Skin Active Co salon is located upstairs of a shop and is decorated tastefully, felt comfortable to be in. I was offered refreshments on arrival prior to the appointment and was immediately seen. Had a manicure with Laura today who was lovely to chat to and patient with my nailwork request. She spent extra time in buffing my nails, and tidied cuticles pre-Essie/China Glaze polish. Very pleased with the outcome of my nails..looked pretty and holiday ready, can’t wait to go back soon :)

I changed to gel extensions and in the end after 3 hours I was not very happy with them so I contacted them personally and was given and full refund and they were reshaped which took another 2.5 hours customer service was brilliant the people were lovely and it was clean
