Didn’t explain anything whilst doing the procedure even though I mentioned it was my first time. No patch test done, feels like my right eye has been gritty since. And I think the lash lift is a bit messy on my right lash - looks like a frizzy perm.

If I could give the staff 6 stars I would! Immediately I felt welcome and the staff were so attentive and nice I can’t recommend it enough and it will become my regular from now on!
