First time visiting and really happy with my treatments. Margaret was great, listened to my request and suggested an alternative treatment that I will return to have again next time. Booking was simple and the team were really flexible to accommodate a prior hair appointment. Highly recommended.

Threading hurt, felt awkward. Took off an uneven amount - so much on my right eye it looks unnatural and weird. Never once asked what I wanted. No aloe vera or similar to sooth redness afterwards. Worst threading I’ve ever had.
