The visit mostly went ok, The Point was lovely, friendly, welcoming, clean and the therapist was professional and kind. I forgot though that my eyes are often sensible to certain creams, smells etc. My eyes reacted badly to the tint used on my eye lashes, the therapist was excellent and washed out my eyes many, many times, she was apologetic, though it wasn’t her fault, and didn’t charge me for that treatment. I also got a free manicure by the work experience student. When I got to the till I was told that I had not paid with my Treatwell Voucher and it couldn’t be accepted at the till. I was surprised, I had booked the treatment online on the Treatwell Site and thought I had jumped through all the hoops and done everything necessary. I was not informed that I hadn’t paid. I would recommend the salon to a friend I’m not sure about Treatwell and feel unsure about using the website again.
