Appointment was 30 mins late and was just told ‘running behind’ rather than admitting I could go away for 30 mins and come back. Treatment felt rushed and wasn’t a manicure or pedicure as such - no soaking etc - it was just a shape and gel polish. Lasted very well though, a full 2 weeks and still going - so would recommend for the products but not the experience and quality of the service.
I had my visit with Margaret , she was so lovely , and I felt really comfortable with the treatment she was about to carry out, the consultation was very thorough , and she certainly was very knowledgeable about the treatment she was about to carry out on me , she made me feel really at ease , and talked me through the treatment every step of the way.
I would definitely recommend you go there , really happy with end result , deffo go back in future 😀😃😀😀😀
