They had metal tools and disposable tools which have been repeatedly used, I think all equipment should be easy to sterilise if it is being reused. I really enjoyed my appointment, Jen was great to talk to, accommodating and patient but when I look at my nails up close they could’ve been done a little bit better, some seem to look a little grainy and the gel isn’t fully coating some of the nails.
