Lydia was really nice and professional. The nail file used for the manicure and pedicure was disposable as for the "scrubbing paper" used for the pedicure. This was a very nice detail that I have never seen in any other beauty center before.

It’s really clear staff at The Point have taken COVID standards of safety very seriously - I felt really secure and looked after and that there was clear attention being paid to constant sanitisation/cleanliness. Jen is always fantastic, friendly, and kind - I’m really happy with my manicure and pedicure.
