I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received. This was, without a doubt, the most dreadful, unprofessional, and unacceptable experience I have ever had.

I had to remove the dead skin on my feet myself as the lady barely took any off and she trimmed my nails so short it’s still hurting after a few days. The pedicure was meant to be 30-40min but she was done in 20. The nails were all shaped differently too
