The staff were really nice and made me feel welcome, however I booked in for a 50 min luxury pedicure, which firstly was only about 35 mins. The water supply was not working so they had to boil kettles of water to get water to required temp, the chair I sat did not work, couldn't get it to be straight so they gave me a pillow to support me. The pedicure was merely a wash and soak of my feet, nothing luxury. Maybe I booked on a bad day!!!

I had never had a facial, so Cheryl explained what she was doing. My face felt and looked great after. I also had a bit of a head massage as well which I had never experienced before and was nice.
