Abi was lovely! I was not an easy customer due to how dark my hair was and the fact I wanted it bleached …. Well she did amazing! Considering I knew this was going to be a colour that wouldn’t go first time, it would need gradual, she was super friendly and chatty, and she gave me a plan with her to get the desired blonde that I want
