Just had my second Reiki and back massage. Since my first session two weeks ago I’ve felt more focused, more organised and far less stressed. For years my mind has felt like a jumbled up mess, a disordered combination of work, home and life. Over the last two weeks I've felt clearer, calmer, happier, more organised and more productive. I had my first ever Reiki treatment and back massage on Tuesday. I’m so glad I tried it. The calmness it’s brought me has made such a difference. I feel less stressed, more settled and genuinely renewed. My thoughts are also more focused, organised and steady. Michelle then worked wonders on my back and shoulders. Easing out long standing knots made me realise how much stiffness I’d accepted as a normal part of ageing. I can sit at my desk without the usual muscular pains. Highly recommended.
