Michelle was very friendly and welcoming. Her salon was very modern and clean and had a cosy, comfortable feel to it. The massage was relaxing as well as having some firmer pressure parts too (which Michelle confirmed with me beforehand). The price was reasonable, compared to other people/spas/salons, especially as this one also included face and head which not all of them do. Very pleased with my experience!
