First time Reiki treatment and was so relaxing, I did not know what to expect and Michelle didnt say too much so we could discuss after. I felt so relaxed but could feel movement and when Michelle did use her hands was so gentle and felt good. I may have drifted off to sleep. The half hour back massage after was so good and hit the spots where needed. I certainly slept well that night and did have more energy. I would reconmend and would go back for this and other treatments. Michelle is lovely
