The Pelican Rooms is a bespoke wellness haven housed in a seafront townhouse in Deal. Opened in 2023 and overseen by Chris Hicks and Alex Bagner, the husband-and-wife team behind The Rose and The Blue Pelican restaurant located on the townhouse’s ground floor, The Pelican Rooms offers a sanctuary for relaxation and rejuvenation inspired by its coastal setting.

The team:

The Pelican Rooms team of expert therapists is led by Kate, a seasoned professional with 25 years of experience specialising in massage, natural facelift facials, aromatherapy and maternity reflexology. Her extensive background includes 10 years running the Neal’s Yard Remedies store and therapy rooms in Edinburgh and working as Head of Spa & Retail at Haeckels in Margate.
