This is a dry pedicure - while it was all applied ok I had to clean up my nails as the filing wasn’t tidied up. £15 for gel removal is ridiculous and it’s not soaked off. Also the shop was quiet hot so feel bad for the ladies having to work there all day. It was ok but won’t be back!

The two ladies who did the treatments were very nice. Unfortunately even though I’d already paid when booking, they insisted on charging me more. Apparently, inner thighs are classed as two areas! Never have I ever heard something so ridiculous. It took the same amount of time as the machine had two applicators. I was also not made aware that if I wanted that area I would be charged more. Really disappointing as I was ready to book again there and then but I shall not be returning.
