Sofia was very friendly and professional. I would have put 5 stars but opted for 4 as it didn't quite work properly on my very sparse eyebrows but that is through no fault of Sofia, it is my fault for overplucking in my teens! Sofia also tinted my eyelashes and they look great! She did a very good job and made the atmosphere very calm by playing some very relaxing music.
