Probably the worst wax I’ve ever had. Very impersonal staff and the treatment hurt - I’ve been waxing for about 4 years and it’s never felt this painful. The towel didn’t even look clean and she was double dipping the stick into the wax! Also I mentioned that the wax was too hot but she continued to use it at the same temperature. Now experienced lots of ingrown hairs.

After a very bad experience at another salon, I felt reassured that I was being looked after. We discussed how best to look after my nails moving forward and the outcome was a lovely job done and a plan to get my nails back to full health
