It was not clear that in an entire "restyle haircut" a simple blow dry was not included. A huge part of why I booked would be so I wouldn't have to dry my hair. They told me this would be 35 quid extra on top of the 45 I already paid. I said no so they only dried the top, which meant the bottom airdried & shriveled up & looked totally insane. All I had cut was my fringe & trim, so the owner actually told me that alone would've only cost 35, so I overpaid. Fringe cut great but rest is uneven.
