Nice atmosphere, venue and Steph was really friendly however there were a few mistakes with the gel polish application which I only realised once I left as the room the nails were done in was quite dark.
In both my thumbs for example, the sides weren't covered properly and so part of the nail doesn't have any gel in it which means now, just one week after the application I need to go and get them re-done in time for the holidays when usually I can leave gel on for a few weeks.

The facial was ok apart from my face wasn’t steamed and I was hoping for more of a clean of my pores. The therapist was very friendly but did have a cold so I was very conscious of that as she was breathing over me. I would have preferred my appointment to be rescheduled.
