It was okay but I wasn’t made very comfortable and it was quite awkward.
Ladies' Waxing
Ciara was absolutely fantastic - could not fault her. Really pleasant facial and massage. Very friendly and welcoming. She was a gem in a rough patch.
However the experience was really let down by the premises and lack of customer experience. Disappointing to have a noisy loud extractor unit going off every 10/15 minutes throughout a 3 hour appointment. Nothing felt overly luxurious and on arrival I was let in by a builder (having waited at the intercom unsure of whether the salon was open).
Classic Facials
Ciara was excellent as always. Unfortunately the room was very dark and dingy and not a nice ambience. There was a lot of clanking of pipes and so also not at all relaxing.
