When I arrived I walked in and was unsure where the reception area was and no one was there to greet me so I just sat in the waiting area. I was new to the parlour so wasn't sure what to do really.
When the staff appeared, they were very helpful and welcoming.
They did a great job and were very professional. The place was clean and tidy.
Getting my appointment was so easy and very convenient.

A very quick and efficient full leg and French bikini wax that was completed in 40 minutes. Treatment room was a little small and warm, with nowhere to put clothes, but the salon and beautician were nice/friendly and welcoming.
