Nice, friendly staff and the wax was great. My only criticism is that the wax wasn’t extremely thorough, a few hairs were left behind but it’s a minor issue compared to my overall, good experience.

The Hollywood was a strip wax rather than hot wax, which I found more painful and less precise. In the future, I will book somewhere with hot wax

The therapist was lovely and made me very comfortable. The polish looks lovely and done to a high standard, and the hand massage was a nice treat at the end. Quite limited on colour selection but still found one I was happy with.

Always parking available, which is great, and although there was only one member of staff working, I was let in promptly, and didn't have to wait for long. The wax was good, and I managed to book quite last minute that was really helpful for me.
