I was first buzzed in to a waiting area but as it was my first visit I had no idea it was a waiting area or that there was only one staff member working that evening. There needs to be a sign that states please wait here for your therapist if there isn’t a staff member to greet you.
The wax itself was good and the therapist was friendly and chatty she made me feel at ease and explained that she wouldn’t be able to remove all the hairs as some were still quite short which I expected but overall a good job done

I loved my wax at The Parlour so much last time and was not disappointed the second time! Ciara was absolutely lovely and professional. Will definitely be back!

Full leg and bikini wax. It was my first time and the staff were super friendly and happy to explain everything to me! Felt very at ease for the whole treatment.
