Good atmosphere. I was warned that a Brazilian is more painful than a regular bikini wax, since I have longer thick hair and it was my first time.
The therapist didnt press on my skin after ripping the wax off. She waxed some areas more than once, including parts where my skin was bleeding. She offered to clean up areas with some hair remaining, but with more wax instead of tweezers.
Even on the outer bikini area (where ive been waxed before), it was more painful than my previous experience.

First visit and I really enjoyed it. Was asked if I would like my eyebrows tidied and they looked great afterwards. The facial and massage were great, I was really relaxed, warm and comfortable.
