Ciara was friendly but unfortunately she was late as there was accident which meant my appointment was 15 minutes late starting and I had to leave by a certain time so I did not get a full manicure which she did adjust the price for.However I felt on edge and felt it was a little rushed, so not the pampering experience I was hoping for.Also disappointed with the small choice of shellac colours, I was hoping for a blue.i won’t be going back.The shellac has started chipping at edge of nail also

A little hard to find if you don't know Oxford - but so well worth it. A fantastic massage, I left fully restored having woken that morning in a full on anxiety-stress-arthritis pain attack. Ciara is so skilled and so professional, she worked magic on my body and my mind. Worth every penny I felt very lucky to have got a last minute appointment.
