Lovely little salon at the far end of Essex Road, the place is actually much nicer than most pictures would let you believe. The best part though is the staff: they're efficient and not too chatty, which can be quite difficult to come accross and made the whole experience very relaxing for my introvert self.

Highlights, lighter that I wanted them, left triangles in my hair. Didn't get the conditioning treatment and because my hair felt so dry from the bleach that Louise ( the owner) used, I did not want the blow dry. When booking i did ask about the products she uses, she said Wella that's why I booked!! As for service well what can I say when the owner her self said 'i wish' when asked if I'm her last customer for the day!!!! On arrivel nice welkom but when trying to explain how I wanted my highlights she couldn't wait to raise her voice and told me that her technike may not give me what I wanted ( which was really simple!!!) so let's just hope for the best!!! Why would you sell wowchers to new customers when you don't want them? Have to try and find other hairdresser to correct the colour and get rid of the triangles.
