I was late and the staff were very kind in letting me still have my appointment. However, by doing another client was kept waiting so whilst the kind beautician did my eyebrows, I was being stared at by the receptionist who was becoming increasingly impatient and angry that another client was waiting. I appreciate being squeezed in, but I found it quite unnerving being stared at whilst my threading was done.
