The staff were lovely at this venue - very friendly and personable. The therapist Rosie was wonderful and a complete trooper for working even though 7 months pregnant! Unfortunately the wax that was used wasn’t great (even Rosie said so) and made for some potentially scary moments. Having said that, Rosie was quick to reassure me but the end result wasn’t as smooth as I would’ve liked.
It’ll be a huge loss to the salon when Rosie goes on maternity leave - hope all goes well!
