What a fantastic experience! Steve, the stylist, is so lovely and extremely talented at what he does, along with his kind and friendly assistant. As soon as I arrived at this lovely little salon, they made me feel at ease, discussed what I wanted to get from the appointment (and Steve made his own excellent suggestions), and looked after me from start to finish. I'm so thrilled with my new highlights and cut, I put my trust in Steve and it paid off - my hair has not looked this nice in, well I can't remember! He also curled my hair ready for a wedding reception later that evening and it looked (and smelled) fantastic, I just loved it and got so many compliments, and better still the curls still looked great the whole next day too. Definitely the best hair appointment and results I have ever had, and I will definitely be back as a new regular customer!

I had a great experience at the parkway salon with Steve. He is friendly and open and was great at suggesting a lighter colour for my hair. He cut it very well and I was really pleased with the colour and attention to detail. His assistant Rachel is really lovely too. A very professional establishment. Steve gave me another 20% off voucher to use next time and I will go back there.

I was very impressed with the attention to detail Steve gave with the cut. It was my first time with highlights and I was worried it would be too artificial looking but Steve used a very subtle colour to restore my hair to its natural sun-kissed look which was great after winter. I was complimented by someone later on the quality of the layers as they were all very even on both sides. I'm not 100% sure on the fringe as it is very different to my normal long sweeping fringe and doesn't seem to want to sit how it was originally cut, but I think it's just a matter of getting a few stands re-trimmed now it's had time to settle - it's great when I first dry it then doesn't seem to behave :-). The staff were very friendly and Steve does everything he can to make you feel comfortable.

The parkway is the best place ever to have your hair done. Honestly it is. I've been hopping from one hairdresser to the next for the past 20 odd years and finally, after hundreds of haircuts and highlights, I have found someone (Stephen) who understands me, my hair, likes and dislikes. During my visits here I have witnessed Stephen deliver the same, first class, service to other clients to. His approach is consultative,friendly and utterly professional. I highly recommend.
