This was a great value deal. The staff were lovely and took good care of me, I had a lovely cut and the highlights were done beautifully - great job!

I had originally purchased a voucher for a blow dry, conditioning treatment and cut, but decided that I wanted my hair colouring. I went in to the salon after having an in depth conversation with Steve over the phone. Steve discussed the different options with me and I decided to go for an ombré colour. A strand of hair was cut and was treated with the ombré treatment and I was called by Steve a few days later to see the colour. Steve is very honest and professional and you can tell he knows his stuff. He set the expectations of the colour and finish that I would expect to get.
I went for my appointment today and Steve had taken time to find an article for me to read that explained what ombré was and how to achieve a subtle finish. Reading this and speaking to Steve reassured me that he knew what he was doing and it built my confidence in his expertise. Steve explained everything he was doing throughout my appointment and checked on me frequently whilst attending to another customer. We discussed my fringe options and he gave his honest option on what he thought would work best.
I was amazed by the end result and all I could say was WOW!!!! Everyone loves my hair and the finish and in the 3 hours since I have had it done, I have received many compliments!

It was my first visit to the Parkway salon and was politely greeted by Steve on arrival, he then took time to discuss my needs and expectations and was really friendly yet very professional, I knew from the start he was a stylist I could trust. He discussed colour/tone options for my highlights to ensure I was happy then set about preparing and applying my colour. Having organised a coffee and newspaper for me he then tended to another customer while my highlights worked thier magic...Steve then checked to make sure things were ok and returned to shampoo and condition my hair, even using a colour enhancer to make the results even better! Steve then dried, cut and starightened my hair, tweaking it here and there and thinning out my mass of hair - through which my hair was transformed...the best highlights and cut/style I have had, and believe me I have experienced many...I was so impressed I have booked my next appointment and have telling everyone about the salon - as for a change people have been noticing my hair :)

Very friendly professional hairdressers made a real effort to look after me and make me feel at home. Went for colour and cut, very happy with advice provided and results. In addition to this the salon is easy to find and with plenty of free parking.

Had cut and highlights, via a voucher and was treated as a valued customer. Trusted Steve with my hair and was not disappointed. Great cut and color suited my skin tone perfect. My daughter
complimented me which is great praise and does not happen often, she is now wanting to try this salon herself. Really want to go back again although it is quite a long way for me to go.
