I went to Steven following a hair disaster involving months use of MicroRing Bond extensions from a different salon. I was nearly in tears at the state that my hair was left in. I explained the situation to Steven and he could see that he was upset. From the get go, Steven made me feel comfortable and was extremely positive to make me feel better in myself and how I can improve my hair.
The treatment itself was relaxing and professional but also very personal and chatty. He listened to what I wanted and advised well on how I can achieve it. The aftercare as well was great, he advised me on what to do to improve the condition of my hair and recommended various products without trying to sell me anything (something that I really appreciated because I've been to salons before where they have clearly only recommended a product for their personal gain, rather than for your welfare.)
Overall I had a great experience. The treatment was relaxing, the cut was great and the atmosphere was uplifting.
