Had a facial and massage, found very difficult to make an appointment not answering the phone or emails took over a week for a reply, so the treatment itself the lady was very nice but I had to wait 25 minutes the facial was OK but nothing more the massage was rubbish she was watching something on her phone whilst doing it?

The therapist was lovely and tried really hard but I felt the therapist needs more experience in massage and customer care to take the business forward.

The salon was light and bright and music playing in the background to ensure you feel relaxed from the outset.
The treatment room was clean and welcoming.
The facial was very relaxing and my skin feels and looks great.
I enjoyed my massage. I would have preferred a little more attention on my thighs and lower back as they didn't really get much focus. But on the whole it was a nice experience.
