I gave the therapist a second chance as she is a really lovely person however the treatments are not really what you pay for the nail art was not what i wanted and most of the design fell off or the nails chipped. For the removal there was some residue still left when i got home which i was not happy with as i had to pay someone else to finish the job, this may have been because Saleena had another client waiting as was running behind. I think Saleena is a lovely person but lacks experience.

Saleena was fantastic- from her approach, work ethic and professionalism. It was also so nice to have a friendly conversation. She went through my concerns and exfoliated deeply for a thorough cleanse, but softly as I have sensitive skin. I will definitely be revisiting her for other treatments again.
