I wouldn’t really come back here again, which is a shame as it’s only down the road from me and is also lovely inside, with a particularly attentive receptionist who offered me a coffee on my arrival. The male nail technician however seemed nervous and unsure about my gel nail removal, and it took a much longer time than I’ve ever experience before - it felt like the soaking and cutting process was repeated about 3/ 4 times. It felt like he didn’t really know what he was doing. As for my manicure, it was fine, but he filed my nails far too short and didn’t really ask the length I wanted. It meant that one hand had a different nail length to the other. The polish finish was also fine, if anything a little thinner than I would have liked. But when I was done it had gotten busy and he immediately got up and went to help other customers, so I left the shop without a goodbye - it was pretty bizarre.

Salon seemed a little disorganised - while I was there someone with a booking was turned away as a therapist was not available. However both the gel pedicure and manicure were pretty good - if not the best - I’ve had.
