On my second visit the therapist stabbed at my cuticles making me flinch and then rushed the paint jobs so it was faint/patchy in places. Could do with working on the ambience and customer care. ☹️ Shame as it looks nice from exterior.

The place itself is really well designed and you want to spend time there. But the manicure and pedicure were a bit upsetting. I got cuts on my fingers and it literally hurt while it was being done. Just a bit more gentle movements with instruments would have been nice. Though manicure was well done , the pedicure wasn’t because there is a lot of cuticule left on the sides
