honestly the worst salon experience. I get that mistakes happen but I expect a salon to take responsibility when it’s their fault. Waxer just didn’t show up, was like pulling teeth to get a refund rather than a voucher. for my nails the colour was not what I chose. The response was ‘there’s no number on the back so I can’t tell which one is which’ and ‘they all look the same to me’. No refund for this even though I’ll have to get nails totally done again. Complete waste of £50 and 2 hrs
At my last appointment, the receptionist (who I assume is also the owner) was very rude. The stylist put the wrong type of polish on my nails (which I hadn’t even realised) and the receptionist expected me to pay the extra money for it. During this, the receptionist was being very loud towards me making everyone stop and watch us which was also quite embarrassing. I’m glad I didn’t pay the extra money as 3 days later, half my nails are chipped and the polish has fallen off. Won’t be returning.
Best biab application I’ve had! I have very short and brittle nails and they were very careful to shape and file them delicately, will definitely be coming back!
